Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the websites and digital services that link to this document and are operated by ADME (CY) LTD, a Cyprus company with its registered office at Office 101, 62 Agiou Athanasiou Avenue, Limassol 4102, Cyprus. By accessing or using the Services, you enter into an agreement with ADME (CY) LTD and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Use of the Services

You must follow these Terms and the policies made available within the Services. We may restrict, suspend, or stop access if you breach them, create risk or harm, or while we investigate suspected misconduct.

Using the Services does not give you ownership of our intellectual property or third-party content. Unless the owner gives permission or the law permits it, Website content may be accessed and used only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, store, sell, distribute, remove legal notices from, or commercially exploit that content. You may download or print individual pages for personal, non-commercial home use where the feature and law allow it.

The Services may display content belonging to users or other third parties. The person or entity making that content available remains responsible for it. We may review, remove, restrict, or refuse content that we reasonably believe violates law, these Terms, or our policies. We may send service announcements, security notices, account messages, and other administrative communications.

2. Privacy and Cookies

We process personal information as described in the Privacy Policy and use cookies and similar storage as described in the Cookies Policy. A Website-level cookie consent tool is planned but is not currently available. Until it is introduced, use your browser controls to manage cookies; the policies will be updated when site-level consent settings are launched.

3. Linked Sites

The Services may provide or embed links to third-party websites, applications, social platforms, and other online sources. We do not control their content, availability, security, or privacy practices and do not necessarily endorse them. Their own terms and privacy notices apply when you use them.

4. Registration, Passwords, and Responsibilities

Some areas and community features require an account, while much of the content remains available without registration. You must provide accurate registration information, keep it current, protect your credentials, and promptly tell us if you suspect loss, theft, or unauthorized access. Each registration is for one person's use; you may not share credentials or use another person's account.

We may monitor and record activity as reasonably necessary to secure the Services, verify compliance, investigate abuse, and operate community features. If you breach these Terms, we may suspend access or cancel registration, subject to applicable law.

5. Third-Party Applications and Devices

The Services integrate with or may interact with third-party applications, websites, services, and devices. Their separate terms and privacy policies may apply. We do not warrant their behaviour, content, transactions, availability, or continuing compatibility, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

6. User-Created Content

The Services include comments, discussions, realizations and other features through which users may post text, pictures, links, or other material. You are responsible for content you submit and for having the rights and permissions needed to submit it.

We do not endorse or guarantee User Content. We may, at our discretion and without prior notice where permitted, review, move, edit, restrict, or delete User Content that violates these Terms, our policies, the law, or the safety and integrity of the Services.

7. User Guidelines

You may not misuse the Services or encourage others to do so. Prohibited conduct includes:

Infringing copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity, or other rights, or using our content beyond the permission in these Terms or applicable law.
Circumventing security, technical, access, or territorial restrictions; reverse engineering where prohibited; introducing malware; or interfering with Website operation.
Selling, renting, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting the Services or content without written permission.
Sharing credentials, impersonating another person or entity, misrepresenting an affiliation, collecting other users' personal information, or inhibiting another user's access.
Posting content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, discriminatory, hateful, obscene, sexually exploitative, threatening, abusive, or likely to prejudice legal proceedings.
Encouraging violence, dangerous or reckless conduct, or illegal acquisition or use of weapons.
Posting unauthorized advertising, promotions, chain messages, spam, or deceptive links.

You bear the risks associated with relying on User Content and should not treat it as professional, financial, medical, legal, safety, or other expert advice. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims and reasonable costs arising from User Content you submit in breach of these Terms.

8. Reporting and Moderation

Users can currently report comments and realizations that appear to violate these Terms, community rules, or legal rights. Reporting does not automatically remove content. Our staff reviews reports and, where reasonably possible, aims to make an initial moderation decision within one working day (24 hours). If no violation is found, content may remain available. Repeated misuse of reporting may lead to restrictions.

Additional controls described in the original service plan — including filtering comments, blocking another user, and hiding that blocked user's comments from your own view — are planned but are not currently available. When launched, blocking will affect the blocking user's view and will not necessarily remove content for others. We will update this section and the user interface as those controls are implemented.

We may monitor, review, edit, remove, or disable User Content, but we do not undertake to monitor everything or promise to remove any specific item. If the reporting tool does not capture your issue, use the Contact page.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Rights You Grant Us

You retain ownership of intellectual property rights you hold in User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant ADME (CY) LTD a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt, translate, publish, display, distribute, and make that content available through and in connection with the Services, including promotion of the Services. The licence lasts for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Services and permitted archival, legal, or backup purposes. Where the law permits, you agree not to assert moral or equivalent rights to the extent necessary for those uses.

9.2 Rights We Grant You

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable right to access and use the Services and our content for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted by implication.

9.3 Software

If a Service includes software, we grant you a personal, revocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, and non-exclusive licence to use it only to receive the Service as intended. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or extract source code except where law or an applicable open-source licence permits it. Software may update automatically.

10. Changes and Termination of Services

We may change, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services. Where reasonably possible and required, we will provide notice of a material discontinuation. You may stop using the Services at any time.

11. Disclaimers and Limitations

The Services and information are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and liability for inaccuracies, omissions, interruptions, loss of data, loss of profits or business, and indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. Your mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify ADME (CY) LTD and its affiliates against claims and reasonable expenses resulting from your material breach of these Terms or unlawful use of the Services.

12. Additional Terms

12.1 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Services or law changes. The updated version and effective date will be posted here. Where required, we will provide additional notice. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law; otherwise, stop using the Services.

12.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms and policies expressly incorporated into them form the agreement between you and ADME (CY) LTD concerning the Services, unless a separate written agreement applies. Additional terms for a specific feature prevail only for a direct conflict concerning that feature.

12.3 Events Beyond Reasonable Control

Neither party is responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, governmental action, infrastructure failure, or similar events, subject to applicable law.

12.4 No Waiver and Severability

A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12.5 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Cyprus law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory consumer protections and other applicable law, disputes are submitted to the courts of Cyprus.
